For Graduate and Undergraduate Classes: Withdrawal from Class To withdraw from a class, an official Withdrawal Form must be submitted to the Academic Dean. Failure to officially withdraw will result in a grade of “F” on the student's transcript. Students may withdraw from a course no later than one week before the final examination REFUND OF TUITION POLICY The schedule for refunds is as follows: Withdrawal before first class 100% of total tuition refunded, less $50 administrative fee Withdrawal before second class 75% of total tuition refunded, less $50 administrative fee Withdrawal before third class 50% of total tuition refunded, less $50 administrative fee Withdrawal after the third class No refund Student must submit an official Withdrawal Form by the deadline to receive the corresponding refund.
